The Invisible Store of Happiness will be a stunning centre piece for the archway at the Order of Saint John, one of the prime locations at Clerkenwell Design Week (19-21 May 2015). We will follow the story of this fascinating experiment, crafted from two beautiful, but less well used woods American cherry and American soft maple.

The American Hardwood Export Council collaborated with five teams from design collective OKAY Studio to produce an eclectic mix of innovative designs for Clerkewell Design Week 2014. The project celebrates the fifth edition of Clerkenwell Design Week and demonstrates the versatility of five American hardwood species.

Designed by de Rijke Marsh Morgan Architects (dRMM) and engineered by Arup, Endless Stair is both a sculpture and research project advancing the knowledge of timber technology and sustainability. This elegant sculpture provided visitors the opportunity to enjoy stunning views of the River Thames and Tate Modern. The landmark project was one of the highlights for London Design Festival 2013 and one of London's most captivating destinations for the duration of it opening.
